Ingredients- 

  • 4 medium passion fruit
  • 5 Uptown fresh fresh leaves basil
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cup tonic water
  • 2 shots vodka

Instructions- 

  • Cut the passion fruit in half with a sharp knife and scoop out the edible seeds and juicy flesh. 
  • Add them to a blender.
  • Add the lime juice and basil leaves. 
  • Blend until everything is smooth.
  • Add ice cubes into two different glasses. 
  • Add a shot of vodka into each glass. 
  • Strain the passion fruit-basil mixture and divide between the glasses.
  • Top up with tonic water and enjoy cold.
